The award was presented to Performance Biomedical LLC at the 2016 Government Contracting Showcase. Frank Migneco, Government Procurement Manager stated, “We are very excited about presenting the NEPA Alliance Procurement Technical Assistance Center 2016 Client Award to Mr. Ron Carter, President and CEO of Performance Biomedical LLC, a durable medical equipment provider which opened their doors for business in 2011”.
The most recent contract award Performance Biomedical LLC received came from the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide durable medical equipment services to veteran beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center’s Prosthetics and Sensory Aids Services operated out of the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center.
Under this award, Performance Biomedical LLC warehouses, delivers, and sets-up equipment providing therapeutic benefits to veteran patients in need because of certain medical conditions and/or illnesses.
The full story behind this contract award is a strong testament to the business development support services offered by the PREP partners, specifically: CANDO, Inc.; NEPA Alliance; and, Wilkes University Small Business Development Center. The three business development service organizations assisted Performance Biomedical LLC’s winning proposal submission from writing, pricing, review, and facility location.
